Order Processing
All orders go into production immediately after they are received. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as changes cannot be made once production has started.
Production & Shipping Time
Orders are typically shipped within 10–12 business days from the time your order is placed.
Please note that weekends, holidays, and periods of high order volume may cause slight delays in the production or shipping process.
If an item in your order is out of stock or on backorder, we will contact you as soon as possible with full details and available options, such as changing or canceling your order.
Shipping Carriers
All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on your location and shipping selection at checkout.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times vary by location. Most U.S. orders arrive within 2–5 business days after shipment, depending on the carrier.
Please note that we are not responsible for carrier delays, incorrect shipping addresses, or any circumstances beyond our control once the package has been handed to the carrier.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
