Customized Items
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on customized items, including any product personalized with a name, number, or other custom detail. All sales of customized products are final.
Non-Customized Items
If you purchased a non-customized item, you may return it for a refund or exchange under the following conditions:
- Return period: Returns must be initiated within 10 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
- Proof of purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required.
- Exclusions: Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Return an Item
- Contact our customer service team at info@lmrce.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide return instructions. Please note that we do not provide return shipping labels.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5–10 business days.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.
